THLS™ Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your THLS™ purchase. If your order is not quite right, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • In their original condition
  • Returned with all original tags and packaging
  • Free from stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at contact.thlsclub@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on where and how to send your item.

Please do not send items back without receiving return approval first.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

THLS™ is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at contact.thlsclub@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will work with you to make it right.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Final Sale

Items marked Final Sale, gift cards, and personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
